How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is stock dependant and normally physical delivery to your door takes 5 to 7 working days. If there is no stock with the suppliers then contact lenses will go onto a backorder and may take 4-6 weeks. We will confirm if there are any delays

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Delivery is to a PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

Please ensure that it is during office hours. (A place of work is the preferred location)

We do our best to get your contact lenses to you as quickly as possible; however due to unforeseen circumstances and stock availability from suppliers this may delay a delivery.

Normally physical delivery to your door takes 5 to 7 working days. If there is no stock with the suppliers then contact lenses will go onto a backorder and may take 4-6 weeks. We will confirm if there are any delays.

Delivery Insurance

This is an option on all orders and offered at a flat rate. We do our best to package orders carefully and use tracking numbers. In the event of theft or damage during delivery, you may claim for the replacement of stolen or damaged goods.
